Most home owners spend little time thinking about the roof over their head...of course, until they have a problem. An old roof in disrepair, or one damaged from severe weather; can lead to leaks, wood damage, personal property loss, and in severe cases structural compromise. It is not difficult to find a roofing company. It is, however, challenging to find a company that does a quality job; no short cuts, no cutting corners. At Cobalt, we believe that doing professional work the first time means no problems in the future for either you the customer or our company; there is no economy in second-rate workmanship. We do not do nail overs. Building code requires us to totally remove the shingles if they are damaged, and after all, you wouldn't be replacing the shingles if they were fine.
