Not the Chepaest but they stand behind their service The carpets looked outstanding, but there was an area that had an odor. I contacted them and they immediately came back and fixed the problem without any push back at all. It was a great "service recovery". They stand behind their product!!! Also, they followed up to make sure I was happy. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is having their carpets cleaned. Please note that they are not cheap, but the premium was well worth it.
