I provide Laser EDOC services with dual tray capacity, notarization of the documents, and I will travel to the borrower in the North San Diego County (this includes, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton, Fallbrook, Vista, Bonsall, La Jolla, Leucadia, San Marcos, Escondido, Valley Center, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, La Costa, and Rancho Bernardo. I also ensure that the documents will be shipped back to you overnight as long as you provide me with an account number.
A Process Server is one who presents legal documents to a person who is required to respond to them. Some documents that are served would be Summons, Petition, Complaint, Notice of hearings, letters from attorneys, subpoenas, wage assignments, etc.

When you choose a process server, you have to be ensured that they will get the job done right. I am a professional licensed, registered, and bonded process server located in Oceanside, California. I will not only provide you with efficient and punctual service, but I will ensure prompt contact throughout the service of process. It is my duty to make the service of process as pleasant and easy as possible.

A Legal Document Assistant is an experienced professional authorized by legislation in California to prepare or assist in preparing legal documents for a client, but only at the direction of the client. I am a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant, but I am not an attorney and I cannot give legal advice. My Legal Document Assistant License with San Diego County is LDA #NC47, expiring on September 26, 2012.

It is not always necessary for an individual to be represented by an attorney to be granted a divorce, child custody, child support,spousal support, domestic violence temporary restraining order, etc. from the Court; however, it is in the best interest of that person to know how to complete and file the necessary and required documents with the proper Court. That is where I can assist you.

I can provide low cost services that allow you to process your own divorce, legal separation, or paternity case and assist you in preparing the necessary forms for requesting modification of previous orders, thereby saving you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

If you feel that you do not need the advice or representation of an attorney at law and you do feel that you can make your own decisions regarding your divorce (dissolution), summary dissolution, legal separation, paternity, child support, child custody, spousal support, or restraining order matter(s), then at your direction, I can help you prepare the necessary legal documents as required for your action. If at any time you feel you need legal advice, I can refer you to professional and personable Family Law Attorneys that I have personally had the pleasure of working with in the past.
