Just had a TRANE XL16i central air conditioner installed in my home. The marketing rep and the installers were polite and acted professionally. The TRANE airconditioner is not a quiet machine by any means and I brought this to the attention of DANCO Industries marketing rep and installers. As good as they are in installing the air conditioner, they have no knowledge in TRANE air conditioner at all. The air conditioner is running well but it is not a quiet amchine by any means and all DANCO personell I had communicated with do not have any knowledge with TRANE air conditioner. If you will need to buy and have a TRANE air conditioner, use other company other than DANCO industries. The air conditioner was installed three weeks ago and complained about the noise fro the air conditioner, to date I have not heard from them especially after the full payment was done.
