Dr James Blumenthal and Dr Jon Herbert provide chiropractic and natural medicine to people with chronic and complex health issues including:
- Spectrum Disorders
(Autism, Aspergers, Attention Deficits, Tourettes, OCD);
-Natural Internal Medicine
(Digestion, Immune, Detoxification, Hormonal, and Sleep problems);
-Functional Neurology
(Balance, vertigo, dizziness, tremors, post-stroke and traumatic brain injuries, early Parkinson's and early ALS).
We also provide traditional chiropractic care.

We do not generally take workers compensation or auto accident patients. There are several other fine doctors listed above who are very good with those cases. However, if you have a serious chronic or complex health problem that no-one else has been able to solve, call us. This is what we do best.

- Doctor Blumenthal graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri and has been practicing in Los Angeles since 1993. He is a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, and holds a post-doctoral Certificate in Functional Neurology from Carrick Institute. He is a Defeat Autism Now! doctor and has been treating children and adults on the Spectrum since 1998. Dr Blumenthal teaches seminars to doctors across the United States and has been a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology since 1990.
- Dr Herbert graduated from Logan College in 2007 and holds certificates in Applied Kinesiology and Internal Diagnosis. Dr
- Michelle Conover, PhD is a board certified Neuropsychologist who provides forensic and clinical neuropsychological assessment. Her work aids our understanding of which brain areas are functioning to their potential and which need help. Dr Conover has an extensive history teaching other neuropsychologists and working with Acquired Brain Injuries.

We combine the tools of Chiropractic, Clinical Nutrition, and Functional Neurology. Known as the ""Triad of Health"", these three are all under the comprehensive banner of ""Applied Kinesiology"".

We collaborate with Medical Doctors, Doctors of Osteopathy, Naturopathy, and Oriental Medicine, Psychologists, Acupuncturists, Bodyworkers, and other healthcare providers to bring our patients to the best health they can manifest.

A few details about the business aspects of our practice may be helpful. We run a cash practice, which means that you will pay us at the time services are rendered and we will provide you with a Superbill, the paperwork with the codes that your insurance company will need to reimburse you.

During your initial visit, we will spend approximately an hour and a half with you. During follow-up visits, we will spend about half an hour with you. As of March 2009, Dr Blumenthal's fees are $365 for the initial visit and $125 for follow-ups. Dr. Herbert's fees are $285 for initial and $90 for follow-up visits. If laboratory tests or supplements are necessary, they are in addition to the office fees.
