I was working as a cook in a small New York restaurant. I went to take some ingredients from the cooler for prep before we opened. I noticed immediately that the temperature was on the warm side. I immediately called New York Appliance Repair and scheduled an emergency refrigerator repair. I move a lot of the food to the freezer and hoped the chiller could be fixed before the food froze solid. The tech was here in about ten minutes and recharged to coolant and repaired a leak. We opened on time and lost nothing. That is what I call going beyond what is expected.

I moved into an old apartment in the Bowery. It had a stove that was made by Caloric before I was born. I cleaned it up and it actually worked well except for one burner. My new neighbor suggested I call New York Appliance Repair in Midtown. I did and I am glad. The stove repairman came and changed the valve and the stove works great on all four burners. It was very reasonable also. I will call them in the future if need be.

Once when oven was not lighting, I called any NYC appliance repair company from a card that I found on my hot water heater. The guy who showed up left the stove not working, to get a part and never came back. I called New York Appliance repair and the stove repair technician showed up in an hour and had it fixed in as little time. Like night and day comparing the two. I will never call anyone else besides New York Appliance Repair.

Thanks for repairing my Subzero fridge.I was busy at work. My doorman let the repairman from Apple Refrigerator Repair into my apartment.When I came home everything was clean,accurate, nothing was misplaced.The only difference I was managed to find: my refrigerator was up and running again!Very honest and reliable business!
