We offer several different kinds of massage such as swedish, sports, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, reiki, prenatal and hot stones, as well as foot reflexology, facials and waxing, acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, kundalini yoga, foam rolling clinics, TLS weight loss and nutritional counseling

Established in 2004 We are located in the heart of Wenham, a small town in the North Shore of Massachusetts. Our wellness team is experienced and intuitive practitioners with most of us having worked together for 8 years. Depending on the situation, we often work together to provide a client with the best service possible by combining treatments when necessary. Our atmosphere is laid -back and non-intimidating so anyone will be sure to be comfortable and at ease. Meet the Owner, Victoria Varney. After completing a B.S. degree in Community Health Promotion in1996 at Liberty University in VA, Victoria Varney graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2000. She became Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork in 2002. Insideout Health & Wellness opened in 2004 in Wenham, MA and continues to offer the community alternative approaches to wellness. Victoria is passionate about educating her clients regarding well-being and how they can be more comfortable and healthy both short and long-term. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Chronic Pain and Injury Work and Sports Massage. Victoria loves the challenge of seeing her clients meet their wellness goals of looking and feeling better.
