I would absolutely not recommend this company. It was not the service that was terrible but unfortunately, it was the customer service! All things started off fairly normal, I am an assistant and was told to call pest control for my employer's home. My call was returned by what sounded like an older female (age ranging between 50s and 60s). It was assumed by her in the most condescending tone that I was calling for my "dad's house" when I stated (via voicemail) I was calling to schedule an appointment for my boss. The woman proceeded to passive aggressively ask "what are you authorized to do?" okay.. not a terrible question to ask but the tone was so nasty as if I had done something wrong, I replied "everything". She says "well can you even cut a check or give me cash?". Confused, I responded "Am I paying for something... today?" because I called to schedule an appointment and receive an estimate, very simple. But was met with entitled, skeptical, nasty toned woman that made me feel disgusted that I was asking for her service. I then reply "I would give you whatever form of payment my boss tells me to give you, I would not pay you from my pocket considering I am his employee." She replied very loudly "OH YEAH I GOT THAT!" while also chuckling. Patiently (I commended myself for not immediately hanging up the phone right at that moment) we proceed to the next questions of what was the pest issue, I replied ants near the front and back door leading to the deck. She replies "Yeah well that's not really how ants work" ...... I'm thinking in my mind, how is that not how ants work if I SEE THE ANTS. I have worked in customer service for some years, I'm young but I KNOW that is not how you treat a customer. It was then that I decided, this phone call needs to end. I (now very impatiently) stated "How about I have my boss call you and explain since you're having trouble with me and my sight of the ants. Maybe you'll believe him" and hung up. OUTRAGEOUSLY disrespectful.
