Bill Kidd's Volvo

Bill Kidd service department is filled with terrible, greedy people. they lie and give conflicting information depending on if they can make money off of you. my first 45000 mile check i was told i needed 3000.00 worth of work done/ which i didn't get. 18 months later everything the service rep said would happen if i didn't get the car fixed has not happened/ das ifnore I was told it would cost approximately 900 to replace my radiator/ then i was told by a differnet service person it was covered under my warranty/i think they get paid commissions on repairs/ issue with lock driver side door lock releaseing after it is locked which is covered under warranty but according to them they can't fix it unless i pay because they can not duplicate the problem/ although i have taken it there 3 times. the car is suppose to be so safe/ what is safe about riding around with the door unlocking/ but of course if i pay they will find the problem/
