Worst experience of my life, these people are crooks. They'll seem honest right up until they have cashed your check, after that you might as well have lite that money on fire and watched it burn. Took my money and canceled my flight with no notification, even after I had checked their "flight line" which was supposed to be updated on the day of your flight which it wasn't! I wasted an entire day of work, and drove all the way to the launch location (over an hour away), just to see that no one was there. I attempted to contact the owner several times throughout the day to no avail, but when she finally called me back, she and her husband were just leaving dinner. Looks like they had their priorities right where they wanted them. Don't waste your time or money. Very unprofessional and impossible to compromise with. Once you put down the deposit you can kiss that cash goodbye! Read the fine print!
