Different products have different rules for returns. Please refer to the appropriate product guidelines to help you determine which applies. If the product is not covered by supplemental return rules, our general policy guidelines will apply. These are: Returns are accepted for items purchased within 30 calendar days. No refunds or returns after 30 calendar days No returns or refunds on Special or Custom Orders Complete original packaging is required. No refunds on installation, labor, or shipping charges An original receipt is required within 30 calendar days. Refunds are made according to the method of original payment (returns by check can take up to 10 business days to issue). Items must be new, unused (tire wear is considered use), unworn, and sellable as new condition. We determine what is sellable as new. Refunds cannot be made with insurance transactions pending or in process. Insurance processing times do not alter the 30 day return policy as they are out of our control.
Items not in store stock are considered Special Orders. Special Orders must be PREPAID at the time of order. Special order items must be picked up within 10 business days of receipt in our store. Items left for longer than 10 business days will be considered abandoned equipment. Items that are custom orders cannot be returned after our order has been placed with the manufacturer.
Lift Chairs are not returnable or refundable. Our Lift Chairs are upholstered furniture and are delivered and set up in your home by our delivery technicians. Once delivered to your home and accepted, they are not returnable or refundable. Lift chairs come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
These are typically worn next to the skin and are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene reasons. Items unworn are exchangeable due to size issues if in new, unworn condition.
