Hello, I am Ben Leven, an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Tennessee. My mission is to empower adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders to regain control over their lives through tailored, integrative treatments designed to address the root causes of their struggles. My journey into psychiatric care evolved from personal life experience that ignited my passion for providing compassionate care. I am passionate about working on lifestyle changes with you, such as exploring aspects like exercise, dietary choices, supplements, or sleep habits, all with the aim of enhancing your life without resorting to excessive medication. My initial experience in a traditional mental health clinic highlighted the limitations of an insurance-based model and the time constraints that hinder the provider-patient relationship. Along with the desire to offer more comprehensive and holistic treatment options, I founded Restore Psychiatric Care. My primary objective is to elevate your quality of life through the development of a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific symptoms, ultimately leading to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. I strive to achieve this with the minimal necessary use of medication while ensuring a swift improvement in your well-being.
