I got a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road so I called progressive to get road side assistance and they said they were going to dispatch 575 roadside LLC. I was stuck on the side of the road at around midnight for over an hour waiting for them to show up and they never did. I tried calling them and so did progressive but the number went straight to voicemail. Definitely unreliable for being “24/7” roadside assistance.
