The Yoga Shala

The Yoga Shala offers daily yoga classes in the Traditional Ashtanga Mysore Yoga Method; the safest, most effective way to learn Yoga. In Mysore style classes, students work individually with the instructor to learn Ashtanga Yoga. Building their practice in a group setting, students learn Yoga postures one by one, and as each yoga posture is mastered, students will gradually build up his/her practice. The focus of our individualized method is on personalized yoga instruction. Imagine a private Yoga lesson in a group setting.
