Lily Torres during the last week Hire Paellas by Saul for me Baby Shower (over 120 people) and I could not have asked for better end result. We asked him what they call the "Rice Farmer" is a rice with all kinds of meats including chicken, pork, sausage, corn and tamales included as ripe bananas, salad, bread, dishes and cutlery. The rice was delicious OMG.Gran lot, even enough for a second round for more than a guest .In short the food was perfect and all my guests were very satisfied .The service was spectacular .The chef Saul and his wife were very nice, well educated, excellent presence, friendly and always smiling .A certainly excellent cook them again hiring again.
