WORST EVER! HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE SERVICE REPAIR TECH'S WIFE EVEN SHOWED UP TO MY HOME WHILE HE WAS TRYING TO WORK ON MY AC (CAN YOU SAY UNPROFESSIONAL), CAUSING HIM TO RUSH AND ME TO END UP WITH MAJOR WATER DAMAGE IN MY HOME THE NEXT DAY SINCE THE FITTING WERE NOT TIGHTENED DOWN NOR WAS AS PLUMBERS TAPE OR PVC CEMENT USED. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
