TTA Appraisal was founded in 1998, then in 2010 opened up on a National scale.

The National expansion has focused on working with the most qualified appraisers in a given area for the type of vehicle being inspected. Our staff and process has been built around Communication and Quality for our customers. The entire process is set to keep the Adjuster and Vehicle Owner informed throughout the process, removing questions and concerns. Our Client Managers and Quality Control personnel have a clear objective to deliver a quality and timely product…every time.

TTA Appraisal offers a wide range of services. Our Appraisal Division handles Heavy Equipment and Auto appraisals across the entire US. Our appraisals include Tractors, Trailers, Tow Trucks, RV’s, Boats, Construction Equipment, Cranes, Motorcycles and Private Passenger Automobiles. Our Task Services Division offers the following Services, but not limited to: Recorded Statements, Scene Investigations, Document Procurement, Cause and Origin Management, Light Property and other similar services.

Our Intake/Dispatch Team will contact the vehicle owner or shop or tow yard within 1 hour of receiving the assignment to confirm the location and address for the vehicle. They will also identify vehicles at captive/set locations and contact the appraiser to expedite the Inspection process when able.

Every client has an assigned Client Manager (CM). The CM is a single point of contact for your Adjusters, for updates, questions, etc. Your CM will touch every file every day…but you will only get an update when warranted. Your CM will know your specific expectations and ensure the appraiser is getting your Adjuster what they need.

Our Quality Control (QC) team reviews every file before it is released to you. They confirm that the Guidelines were followed, Estimate was written correctly, identify potential Total Losses and a multitude of other items to ensure you are getting the highest Quality appraisal in a timely manner. We have implemented a process where all Heavy Equipment files are being written on a single common platform.

At TTA, we have a different view on the use of Technology. We utilize technology where it makes sense, but for us there are some functions where we insist a Person is doing the work. Our CM’s review all files and status updates and only send the Adjuster what they need to know. Our QC team reviews every document, ensures a quality product, etc. The STACK system uses technology to determine the closest qualified Appraiser when dispatching the assignment, but the TTA workflow is built around using Experienced Professionals to handle your file and address your needs.

We believe we are setting a new standard in the industry…for the Heavy Equipment side we are cutting the Time Frame and Cost in half of what it was a decade ago…the 2 weeks and $1200 bill in HE will be a thing of the past.
