Palm Beach YOGA is a yogic sanctuary in the heart of Midtown on PGA Blvd Palm Beach Gardens Florida. PB Yoga is dedicated to the path of love, devotion, service, truth, gratitude and community. As a Studio and a collective of Yoga Teachers, we are fully committed to serving you on your path of healing, balance, joy, and celebration of life. We are honored to offer daily yoga classes including Aerial Yoga as the signature of our yogic sanctuary. We feature a unique approach to health and fitness. We offer among our classes, Aerial Yoga practiced with a “hammock” that hangs from the celling offering a new outlook on your Yoga practice providing a well-rounded state of mind soul and body connection system. From beginner to advanced our classes will provide a different level of challenge that your body needs for radiant health.

Amenities: Our Yoga studio is fitted for Aerial Yoga and Mat Yoga Classes. We offer a variety of classes that are both un-heated and heated with Eco-friendly green heaters. We have a large restroom and large fitting rooms. Our retail store is open and inviting. Parking is free in the various parking lot with additional free parking in the parking garage. We are centrally located between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike just west of the Gardens Mall and Military Trail on the North side of PGA BLVD.

Reservations: Reservations are required for our Aerial Yoga Classes and preferred for all other classes. Reservations can be made online or by phone or by downloading the Free Mindbody Connect App on your smart phone or tablet. We recommend using the Mindbody Connect App to schedule your classes as it works seamlessly with your account profile at our studio.
