I was a young teen when I started training with a personal trainer. I really liked the workouts. We would hike, bike and play "speed ping pong". I actually lost 8 pounds playing ping pong and eating right. We would workout 6 days a week and the workouts were not easy. I wanted the most advanced routine. My results were amazing and I was state wrestling champ the first year I wrestled. Actually, I think I was ready to succeed at anything cuz my fitness level was so great having a personal trainer. Especially coming to my home to do the training.

I lost about 20 pounds in the time I was with Troy. It took me a while to nail down my eating habits. I was able to lose the weight by a visual cue, I could not eat more than the size of my hand. The workouts were tailored specific to my goals and body type. Training at Troy's home was perfect for me. There aren't any machines at his place but you can get a good workout there. Truly he does charge you whatever you want. His is ranked high for personal trainers so He is not cheap. But he doesn't want to as he says it "let money hold you back from your fitness goals". As far as personal trainers go Troy is great at figuring out what I need. He does many movement tests. Even on a monthly basis he checks my progress. I love private training and not group training!!
