Technician was very prompt and very accommodating about meeting me at a specific time at my new place. And he was extremely thorough, and spent at least an hour thoroughly inspecting the entire gas furnace system, and presenting a completed check list explaining all of his findings. Very professional, very thorough, and very nice. I plan to hire them to perform the repair work. Highly recommend.
