Thank you very much for your prompt service. I took my failed portable WD hard drive in on Sunday. It was ready for me in less the time quoted for less the price quoted - I got my data recovered in 3 days. How is that for honesty! I couldn't be more satisfied. I was distraught that all of the data was gone when I accidentally I spell coffee on my laptop and it stopped work. I was very impressed with the level of service you provided. My dog chewed my flash drive to the point I figured I had lost all my pictures on it. Recently, one of my barristers' computer went for a 'swim' whilst on holidays. He did not have back up and was quite distressed. My experience with FileRetrieval.com was fantastic!!!! A few weeks ago, I dropped my phone and erased all my data on my micro SD card attached to my galaxy S4. Call FileRetrieval.com and was told that my data could be retrieved. Sent my micro SD card them. One of their technicians called me few days later and said that all my data were recovered. I was elated! They were able to recover 8 gb of photo's and videos. I highly recommend FileRetrieval.com service to everyone!
