While most hot yoga studios use forced air to heat their rooms, Radiant Yoga uses far infrared heat, which provides a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals, and pollutants from the body, providing significant benefits. We offer a variety of classes and workshops exploring Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This style of yoga incorporates interval and cross-training exercises to challenge both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. Vinyasa Flow incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and phisical and mental stamina in one session.
