Thank you for visiting my webpage. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 4 years in the counseling field. I received my Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky and earned my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I am extremely dedicated to serving others, as well as a committed member of my church located in Southlake, Texas. My experience has been focused on general practice for individuals, marriage, and families. My experience also involves individual and group training in Critical Incident Stress Management. I am also a member of North Texas Mental Health Professionals.

I love Texas and I am married with a blended family including one teenager. I have 2 furry animals that bring laughter to my life every day, and I enjoy spending my free time eating and hanging out with the family.

I have a deep passion to see broken hearts become healed through an eclectic mix of counseling techniques while integrating biblical principles. Some of the styles of counseling approaches I use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Christian Therapy. I continue to attend workshops and look to expand the usage of different therapy techniques to be used in healing lives.
