HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I called them because I locked my keys in my van. I was quoted a range of prices based on the security my van had. They told me someone should be there in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I received the call from the locksmith stating he was 30 minutes away. The locksmith showed up in an unmarked van, with a phone for a light. The first thing he asked me was if I had full coverage, what kind of question is that? He asked me if I left the button up....no I didn't leave the button up my doors are locked! He looked at my van and quoted me a price higher than the top price I was quoted on the phone, I felt like I had no choice even though I told him what I was quoted he refused. He couldn't get the air bag into the door despite numerous tries and ended up having to use some tool to wedge it open enough to get the air bag in that damaged my door seal. I brought to his attention that he damaged my door seal, he proceeded to tell me that it will fix itself after a few times of shutting the door. I may have locked my keys in the car but I am not an idiot, a door seal doesn't magically pop into place. Totally unprofessional, and horrible service. Liars and thieves they are!
