"I am on my second time to train with Brian. I did it two years ago. I came in and out of shape and weighed 201 pounds at 5'9" tall. Brian pushed me and helped me to lose 21 pounds in 7 weeks. I not only lost he weight I wanted to but I was also in the best shape of my life. I have always been an active person but until you do these workouts, you don't realize how out of shape you really are. I am back with Brian to get in shape again. I only gained 3 pounds over the last 2 years but I felt like I had lost the endurance that was built through the training. I've been training with Brian for about a month now, and I can already see results. In only a few weeks, I've gained muscle and lost fat more so than with any other trainer or exercise system! Brian has such a great attitude, and you can tell that he is really passionate about what does. He will push you to go further than you thought you could, but it is SO worth it when you can see the fat coming off and your strength increasing. I would recommend him to ANYONE!”

"I have been working one on one with Brian for the past year and a half. I am a mom of 4 ranging from age 4 to 18 and there just is not much time for myself. Hitting age 45 did something to my body that I could not fix. Discovering that there really was a program out there that would "come to me", made a world of difference in my busy life. The convenience of working with a trained professional and not having to get child care made this program perfect for me. I did need any expensive equipment because Brian taught me how to use my body's resistance to achieve my results. I've lost inches and weight and I love seeing the curves I once had, return.
