I had an upstairs bathroom that I needed demolished to make way for my new walk-in closet and an old room that I'm converting to a new bathroom. So I definitely needed some demolishing done before any new construction could take place. I looked online and like the reviews of this company so I hired them. This is a really well run company that gave us a great price, great work in a really short amount of time. It made the whole process quick and painless.

Our office had a couple of walls broken down for the expansion. And with some of the top management guys popping in, we needed the walls demolished fast and the expansion work done even faster. We got lucky with the demolition because these guys did the job super fast and painlessly. The interior designers were another story.

"Ooo Local company" was my first reaction to this ad when we were looking for someone to come in and take all the tile out of our old bathrooms. Then I thought, well if they are offering so much off it must be expensive. Boy was I proven wrong! BEST PRICE out of all the calls I made, I was quoted a price and he even offered to come out that day to do a free onsite estimate. He was right on time and really did have the most professional customer service and lowest price I had experienced up to this point. I made the appointment right on the spot. He came out with his guys and trucks and equipment and got to work. First making sure everything was covered and "prepped" for the work. They kept everything so clean! Removed all this ugly 1970's tile and even used this great industrial vacuum after to make sure they left just a clean as when they started! What wonderful guys to have working in my home, professional, clean, fast and reliable! And all this at the best price in town! I can not recommend Local Demolition Topanga enough! 5 stars all the way!

If you have unwanted concrete these are your guys! They successfully removed our old, cracked and hazardous driveway and side walk way. They were on time and worked very hard! Very professional service! The clean up job after was spectacular! Highly recommend using them!!

Don't try this at home!! We wanted to removal all the old tile from our very pink guest bathroom and my husband thought he could do it himself... he was wrong! We called these guys and they took care of everything! They were very professional and quite clean! When they were done it was as if they were never even here!!! Great job!!!

They were on time and beyond professional. I thought what a mess this is going to be, but these guys took care of every little detail from covering everything from celling to floor in plastic and using big fans to vent the living room. They took the chimney down in less than a day and even hauled away all the brick and mortar and left the area clean and ready for our new and improved fire place! We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Local Demolition Topanga! We recommend them a thousand times!!!

Great guys! Had my pool and gazebo removed. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Did their job well and cleaned now my backyard is ready for a very beautiful Japanese garden that I plan to construct.

What great work! We had a retaining wall that had long stopped retaining anything years ago. When I was quoted such a low price I was afraid the work would be just as cheep, but as it turned out these guys were not only fast and hardworking but so professional! They came out ON TIME and had the job done and cleaned up before my husband got home from work! I highly recommend them for any demolition needs you may have!

There are no better guys to call if you need demolition work done! I'm an apartment manager for a few apartment complexes and have used these guys every time we need to renovate an apartment. From just coming in and cleaning out old junk and appliances to ripping out countertops and cabinets or even the occasional total bathroom remodel... these are your guys! They are so reliable I can't remember what we did before using them! They work fast and are always on time and below budget! They leave the job so clean we can almost move someone in right away (that is if they don't need a working kitchen or bathroom) We will never use anyone else and hope you feel the same after giving them a call for any and all your demo needs!
