Best service ever! We were adding a third room to our home for our soon to expand family and could not have had better service from Affordable Demolition Malibu! We had the laundry room torn out and removed so we could add the nursery. They came out on time and did the work fast and very professionally! They cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been here!!! This was a great company to work with! Highly recommended!!

I hired these guys to demolish my living room and a couple of adjacent room which included the kitchen. My remodeling crew need that place cleared out ASAP so they can start work already and meet my deadline. I'm happy to say that these guys work very fast and are very professional in their manner. Prices are fair and service very good!

I wanted to expand the living room and family room by taking the extra garage space that I had. I had the contractor to do the renovation but I needed a contractor to do the demolition. A lot of the companies I called cost almost as much as the contractor building my extension. Finally I found these guys. They were affordable, reasonable and very professional. They got the job done fast and painlessly, giving my builder more time to perfect his work.

Redoing our kitchen and these were the guys to call! They could not have been better! They were very professional and clean! After setting up plastic to cover EVERYTHING, they carefully removed the appliances (which are staying) then they torn out the old counters and cabinets. They did a great job keeping it very clean for a demolition job! They even hauled away all the debris! Best job ever! 5 stars!

Concrete Removal at it's best! We needed to redo our driveway after a sewage backup forced us to cut a big hole in the middle of the driveway, what a pain but at the same time a great opportunity to have our driveway redone. First we had to have all the concrete broken up and removed, we called around and found that Local Demolition Malibu was not only local but had the most competitive price and could schedule sooner than all the rest. They showed up right on schedule and had all the equipment and trucks they needed, they were so professional and hard working! After they hauled away all the broken up driveway they swept and cleaned the street area to where it was if they had never even been here at all! What wonderful, fast and reliable service! We WILL be adding Local Demolition to our speed dial.

Thank goodness for these guys! We found out that our detached garage was on the brink of falling down! We called and they came out the same day to give us a very low estimate. When they came to do the work they were on time and wonderful! The death trap came down without a problem! The clean up was great and the service was impeccable! Most professional service ever! In two days these guys came and tore down our horse stables that were doing nothing but providing shelter for wayward and creepy critters and we were just waiting for it to catch a spark or ember from our neighbors chimney or bbq's and go up like dante's inferno! When we called we had no idea how quick and cleanly this job would be done. And not only were they on time and faster than they said they would be but they also provided a very completive price! I recommend them to my other friends and neighbors who have also been without livestock or hoses for quite some time and hope you take to heart this recommendation as well! You won't regret using this professional and efficient company!

Our remodel went great thanks to Local Demolition Malibu! We needed to remodel our guest bathroom and turn our garage into a guest room but would never have been able to with out these guys. What professionals! I was given a great quote and when they came to do the work they were clean and very fast. Everything was covered, even the floors, there wasn't one speck of dust tracked thru the house! The work they did was AMAZING! We will be telling all our neighbors and friends about them but wanted to take a minute to let the rest of Studio City know who they should call if they need a great demo guy!!

I could not have asked for a better demolition guy! I called around to a few demolition places and nobody could give me a reasonable quote. We just had a small demolition project and needed to be done sooner than later. Once I called Local Demolition Malibu I was told they could come out that day and quote our project... LOWEST QUOTE!!! They even got all the permits that we didn't know we needed and had the city inspector come out to finalize the project. What service! They came out right at the scheduled time and boom done! Our detached garage was taken down quickly and cleanly. It's as if it was never there! They were so professional they didn't leave anything behind and cleaned up perfectly even cleaned the street out front. We have never been more pleased with the amount of customer service and care giving to us by these guys. I recommend calling them for any demolition project you may be thinking of doing!
