Our office had a couple of walls broken down for the expansion. And with some of the top management guys popping in, we needed the walls demolished fast and the expansion work done even faster. We got lucky with the demolition because these guys did the job super fast and painlessly. The interior designers were another story.

I could not have asked for a better demolition guy! I called around to a few demolition places and nobody could give me a reasonable quote. We just had a small demolition project and needed to be done sooner than later. Once I called Local Demolition N. Hills I was told they could come out that day and quote our project... LOWEST QUOTE!!! They even got all the permits that we didn't know we needed and had the city inspector come out to finalize the project. What service! They came out right at the scheduled time and boom done! Our detached garage was taken down quickly and cleanly. It's as if it was never there! They were so professional they didn't leave anything behind and cleaned up perfectly even cleaned the street out front. We have never been more pleased with the amount of customer service and care giving to us by these guys. I recommend calling them for any demolition project you may be thinking of doing!

I needed to convert my basement into my Man Cave and needed some of the walls to be torn down. So I call these guys and they gave me a very good price for the demo job as well as a very professional service. My walls were torn down, the debris taken away, and still have enough to get started with my brand new Man Cave!

If you have unwanted concrete these are your guys! They successfully removed our old, cracked and hazardous driveway and side walk way. They were on time and worked very hard! Very professional service! The clean up job after was spectacular! Highly recommend using them!!

They were on time and beyond professional. I thought what a mess this is going to be, but these guys took care of every little detail from covering everything from celling to floor in plastic and using big fans to vent the living room. They took the chimney down in less than a day and even hauled away all the brick and mortar and left the area clean and ready for our new and improved fire place! We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Local Demolition North Hills! We recommend them a thousand times!!!

Concrete Removal at it's best! We needed to redo our driveway after a sewage backup forced us to cut a big hole in the middle of the driveway, what a pain but at the same time a great opportunity to have our driveway redone. First we had to have all the concrete broken up and removed, we called around and found that Local Demolition North Hills, CA was not only local but had the most competitive price and could schedule sooner than all the rest. They showed up right on schedule and had all the equipment and trucks they needed, they were so professional and hard working! After they hauled away all the broken up driveway they swept and cleaned the street area to where it was if they had never even been here at all! What wonderful, fast and reliable service! We WILL be adding Local Demolition North Hills, CA in our favorites!

Our remodel went great thanks to Local Demolition North Hills,CA We needed to remodel our guest bathroom and turn our garage into a guest room but would never have been able to with out these guys. What professionals! I was given a great quote and when they came to do the work they were clean and very fast. Everything was covered, even the floors, there wasn't one speck of dust tracked thru the house! The work they did was AMAZING! We will be telling all our neighbors and friends about them but wanted to take a minute to let the rest of North Hills know who they should call if they need a great demo guy!!

What a wonderful company to work with! We had a pool that needed to be demolished and filled in... Who can afford a pool in this economy right!? So we called a spoke with Joe who came out the same day and gave us the lowest estimate we had gotten so far (out of two others) the work was done within the week! My husband noted that our garage could use a make over as well and we know who we will be calling right away! (maybe after the holidays!) But if you need any kind of demolition work done these are your guys!!!
