You won't regret using this professional and efficient company! They were on time and beyond professional. I thought what a mess this is going to be, but these guys took care of every little detail from covering everything from celling to floor in plastic and using big fans to vent the living room. They took the chimney down in less than a day and even hauled away all the brick and mortar and left the area clean and ready for our new and improved fire place! We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Local Demolition Santa Monica! We recommend them a thousand times!!

Wonderful fast service! We are updating our bathrooms and could not have found a better demolition service! They were SO professional! And clean (bonus)... it's as if they were never even in the house, except of course for the gutted bathrooms (2) that are all set for our guy to come in and turn our 1930's bathroom into a water efficient bathroom fit for life in 2013!

Best service ever! We were adding a third room to our home for our soon to expand family and could not have had better service from Local Demolition Santa Monica! We had the laundry room torn out and removed so we could add the nursery. They came out on time and did the work fast and very professionally! They cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been here!!! This was a great company to work with! Highly recommended!!

We wanted hardwood floors and needed all the carpet torn out and hauled away and the floor company we called wanted an outrageous fee for removing the carpet before installing the new floors (the floors may be a great deal, but that's where they get you!) so we took it upon ourselves to get the carpets out! We called around but got the best price from Local Demolition Santa Monica. The work they did was incredible! They moved all the furniture out to the garage without damaging a thing! They were clean quick and efficient! Hauled everything away and now we are ready for our new floors! These guys are the BEST!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs demolition work done!

Our remodel went great thanks to Local Demolition Santa Monica! We needed to remodel our guest bathroom and turn our garage into a guest room but would never have been able to with out these guys. What professionals! I was given a great quote and when they came to do the work they were clean and very fast. Everything was covered, even the floors, there wasn't one speck of dust tracked thru the house! The work they did was AMAZING! We will be telling all our neighbors and friends about them but wanted to take a minute to let the rest of Studio City know who they should call if they need a great demo guy!!

Our rental property was too run down to rent any longer so we had no choice but to sell (yeah right in this market) or demolish it and start from scratch! We chose to demolish and rebuild. Wise choice now that we look back because the guys we called to do the tear down left the property ready for anything! They even got all the pertinent permits and not only had the best quoted price but did the work within budget because they used all there own equipment and trucks!! Their guys were professional and worked very hard! We now have an empty lot that we can ether sell or rebuild on. I love that our options are so open now because of these guys! We will use them again if the need arrises!

"Ooo Look a coupon" was my first reaction to this ad when we were looking for someone to come in and take all the tile out of our old bathrooms. Then I thought, well if they are offering so much off it must be expensive. Boy was I proven wrong! BEST PRICE out of all the calls I made, I was quoted a price and he even offered to come out that day to do a free onsite estimate. He was right on time and really did have the most professional customer service and lowest price I had experienced up to this point. I made the appointment right on the spot. He came out with his guys and trucks and equipment and got to work. First making sure everything was covered and "prepped" for the work. They kept everything so clean! Removed all this ugly 1970's tile and even used this great industrial vacuum after to make sure they left just a clean as when they started! What wonderful guys to have working in my home, professional, clean, fast and reliable! And all this at the best price in town! I can not recommend Local Demolition Santa Monica enough! 5 stars all the way!
