I wanted to expand the living room and family room by taking the extra garage space that I had. I had the contractor to do the renovation but I needed a contractor to do the demolition. A lot of the companies I called cost almost as much as the contractor building my extension. Finally I found these guys. They were affordable, reasonable and very professional. They got the job done fast and painlessly, giving my builder more time to perfect his work.

Just getting a demolition company to do a small carpet removal and wall demo was hard enough without having to deal with exuberant prices. Then I found these guys… they gave me a realistic price for the job as well as a quality of work that was exceptional. So to anyone out there with a big or small demo job, call these guys, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I recently acquired a corner lot residential place in the valley and we needed the old broken down house sitting on it completely demolished so we can have our own house built there. We looked around for a demolition company and these guys gave us a very reasonable estimate. They did the job so quickly and efficiently that they were done even before I could close the deal with my home builder.

I could not have asked for a better demolition guy! I called around to a few demolition places and nobody could give me a reasonable quote. We just had a small demolition project and needed to be done sooner than later. Once I called Local Demolition North Hollywood I was told they could come out that day and quote our project... LOWEST QUOTE!!! They even got all the permits that we didn't know we needed and had the city inspector come out to finalize the project. What service! They came out right at the scheduled time and boom done! Our detached garage was taken down quickly and cleanly. It's as if it was never there! They were so professional they didn't leave anything behind and cleaned up perfectly even cleaned the street out front. We have never been more pleased with the amount of customer service and care giving to us by these guys. I recommend calling them for any demolition project you may be thinking of doing!

The garage is clean!!! We had worried that it would be too much cost and labor wise, but these guys are real professionals! Not only did they come out on time, but were fast too! They cleaned out everything we needed removed, even all the paint and old computer stuff! They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a big clean garage to fill back up with junk! (guess we'll be calling again sooner than later!) 5 stars all the way! These are the guys to use!!

Wonderful fast service! We are updating our bathrooms and could not have found a better demolition service! They were SO professional! And clean (bonus)... it's as if they were never even in the house, except of course for the gutted bathrooms (2) that are all set for our guy to come in and turn our 1930's bathroom into a water efficient bathroom fit for life in 2012!

Very good service! We could not have asked for a more professional contractor! His employees were all very helpful from the office staff who helped book the estimate to the crew he had come out and take down the old building we had torn down. They were on time and within budget! The clean up job they did after was amazing! I highly recommend Local Demolition North Hollywood for any demolition work you may need to have done!

Old wood patio demolished! I needed to have our old wood patio torn down so I could have a concrete patio (and new bbq that I don't have to worry about a spark setting off the old patio like kindling!) installed, plus there were more spiders and critters under it than I'd like to admit and it was just becoming a hazard. I called Local Demolition North Hills and was quoted that same day! When the guys came out they were very prepared for the task at hand and right on time! It even took them less time than I was quoted and that included tear down, hauling everything away and clean up.... now when I say clean up I can not emphasize enough the fantastic job they did cleaning up after themselves! They even took a metal detector thing and checked the yard and where they walked to and from the truck for stray nails and screws and small scrap metal! I didn't even think about that until I saw them doing it! And me with 4 kids and 2 dogs could not have been more grateful for the consideration that was given. These guys were the best! I recommend them for any demo project you may be thinking of doing! You won't regret the choice!

"Ooo Look a coupon" was my first reaction to this ad when we were looking for someone to come in and take all the tile out of our old bathrooms. Then I thought, well if they are offering so much off it must be expensive. Boy was I proven wrong! BEST PRICE out of all the calls I made, I was quoted a price and he even offered to come out that day to do a free onsite estimate. He was right on time and really did have the most professional customer service and lowest price I had experienced up to this point. I made the appointment right on the spot. He came out with his guys and trucks and equipment and got to work. First making sure everything was covered and "prepped" for the work. They kept everything so clean! Removed all this ugly 1970's tile and even used this great industrial vacuum after to make sure they left just a clean as when they started! What wonderful guys to have working in my home, professional, clean, fast and reliable! And all this at the best price in town! I can not recommend Local Demolition North Hollywood enough! 5 stars all the way!
