Had a great experience with this company. Alex came out to assess the issue with my dryer which was not tumbling. He quickly diagnosed the problem had a brand new belt on his truck and fixed my appliance right away. He was easy to communicate and helpful to explain everything throughout the process. I would highly recommend American West Appliance!

I was impressed with the technician's professionalism and affordable price. He came on time, diagnosed the problem with my stove and gave me full explanation. He had the parts on his truck and fixed the appliance right away. I am very please with his service and I am also recommending this company to my friends.

We called American West Appliance Repair on Tuesday and were told that the repairman would be by 1pm. He was knocking at our door before noon and had our washer running by 12.30pm. Phenomenal response time and to be able to assess and repair appliance in such a short time is just way above our expectations.

We recently had a very good experience with American West Appliance Repair. Their level of service was excellent. Both the receptionist at the office and the repair man were extremely efficient and friendly. The refrigerator had been fixed the same day we called. The repair was quick and the price was competitive.

I have used American West Appliance Repair twice. The first time I turned to them after another appliance repair company came and installed the wrong part into my washing machine. They corrected the problem right away and I was very pleased to find American West, the company which was not only prompt and friendly but reasonably priced as well. The second time they fixed my refrigerator which was leaking pretty badly. The technician arrived within 1 hour of making the call. He had the part in stock and fixed the problem. The repair was quick and price was reasonable.

American West Appliance Repair is 5 star company! Their staff are the most polite and professional people that we have ever come across since we bought our house in Granada Hills in 1972. They fixed our Subzero refrigerator at the lowest possible cost. We felt they were very honest and took pride in their work. We would highly recommend them to everybody. Bob and Linda.

Great Service! The repair man was experienced, clean and happy to answer my questions. He used brand new parts and his work was reasonably priced. The refrigerator was fixed within 2 hours of making a call. They saved a lot of food. No need to say how grateful I was. I would use this company again and recommend to all my friends and family.

We called American West Appliance to repair our GE oven. The service man arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order the required part, main electronic control. We were called when the part was delivered and made an appointment for the service man to finish the job. He came out as requested and promptly completed the repair. This was our first experience with this service provider. Everything went smoothly. The entire experience was very professional. We would use this company again.

I was pleased with the outstanding service that American West Appliance Repair provided to us. Their technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my washing machine. He had a brand new pump and fixed my washer right away. The appliance is working perfectly now. The office staff was helpful too. They called me 30 minutes prior to let me know that the repairman was on his way. I called these guys and made the appointment for the same day. I asked to call me in advance because I had to step out and they did. The repairman had the parts in stock and did the repair on my refrigerator as soon as he diagnosed the problem. He was nice and professional. Will call again and definitely recommend to everyone.
