I used this company 3 times for different appliance repairs. They are very easy to contact and set up a same-day appointment. The technicians that came over were courteous and efficient, they charged reasonably and provided great services. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend to everyone!

The real deal. The came out same day we called and fixed our Viking oven for a fraction of what the Viking representative quoted. Efficient, honest and friendly service. I would use this company again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

The technician showed up on time, he was knowledgeable of my appliance and determined that the door lock needed replacement. The cost of repair was reasonable and I was very pleased with this company.

I am very pleased with the service from the very beginning to finish. The receptionist said that the repair man would be here in approximately 2 hours. 55 minutes later he was here and had my washer working in 40 minutes. Great service at a fair price!

I had a problem with my clothes washer, it started collecting water when it was not in use, so I looked up online and found American West Appliance Repair. The technician came prepared and promptly replaced the valve that was causing the problem. The price was reasonable and service was fantastic!

American West Appliance came out on Thanksgiving Day! I couldn't believe that someone would fix my oven on Thanksgiving holiday. I am so happy with this company. The technician was on time, polite and excellent in his description of the problem, he had the part in stock and did the repair as soon as he diagnosed the problem by replacing the igniter. He saved my family holiday.

We called American West Appliance Repair regarding ice maker not making ice. Mike came out to check our refrigerator and assessed that it was ice maker itself causing the problem and had to be replaced. He had a brand new icemaker on his vehicle and installed it very fast. His many years of experience were obvious. New ice make is working just great. The repair man was professional and honest. He was also a very nice guy. I would highly recommend this company!

In the past I had a couple of negative experiences with other appliance repair companies in Simi Valley, such as missed appointments and inaccurate estimates. American West Appliance technician arrived on time and provided honest assessment and fair price. I am an engineer myself, so I was pleasantly surprised that the service technician did not try to sell me something I did not need. His assessment of the problem was correct and the charge was reasonable. The dryers has been working perfectly ever since. They have earned my respect and I would definitely call them again.

My Sub Zero refrigerator went out over the weekend. I called American West Appliance. They have been repairing appliances for me since 2001. Helen on the phone told me that she can have a technician at my house within 2 hours. The repairman was prompt and knowledgeable. He cleaned the condenser and replaced the starter relay. He was very careful and clean. I thought the repair was going to be much more complicated and cost more than it did. I am very satisfied. America West Appliance Repair was courteous, honest and professional from phone call to Serviceman leaving my home. Andrew came within the scheduled window, was very knowledgeable and polite. Explained everything and calmly answered my questions. He also used high quality replacement parts to fix the ignitor on my oven - he used Electrolux parts made in Europe and the USA, not cheap Chinese parts. He checked and rechecked to make sure the Oven lit up 3x before he left. The Price was reasonable less than what I had expected for the repair. There was a $30 fee to visit which is charged against the repair. I will use this company again, they are honest, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable and use high quality parts. He was also quick. Depends on your repair what is involved, but for me he was in and out in 40 minutes. They also were right up the street from me so keeping it local was a great bonus. I like to support the local economy. Highly Recommend This Company and will definitely use them again!
