Great carpet cleaning job!!

I just wanted to say a big thank to Silver State Carpet Care for doing such a wonderful job on the carpets, they look lovely!

Your staff is very friendly and great at what they do. When I call for appointments, I`m always greeted with an upbeat attitude and provided a date and time to fit my schedule. Keep up the good work. Silver State Carpet Care do an excellent job!! Doing daycare in my home, I feel my carpet has lasted longer than what it should. And each time I get a cleaning, the carpet looks brand new again.

DO NOT use this company !!!! I needed a 5X7 carpet, a 6x7 closet and a Queen mattress cleaned - I called to get an idea of how much it cost. THEY LOWBALL over the phone! Those 3 things cleaned(?) cost was $263.00!! Stupid me paid it because I was pressed for time at Thanksgiving. AND to top it off I still ended up taking my area rug to the car wash to ACTUALLY clean it! What a RIPOFF company. Wish I had found this site first!!

OK, this company is a rip off!! Please do you homework they have 29 complainants with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas!! Customer Beware!!!

UP Sell Up Sell is what they do. Once the job is done horrible quality of cleaning it look like nothing was done almost. Your better off doing your home work and checking with the Better Business Bureau. This company has 29 Complaints, 22 of the complaints is for Problems with Product/Service the other 7 for Advertising/Sales Issue.

Customer Beware POS (PIECE OF SH_T) COMPANY!!!!!

Ok lets start by saying in the 15 years as a home owner this is the worst company I have ever encountered.

I called Silver State Carpet Cleaning (702-583-6711) because there was a coupon, 4 rooms $59.00 that came in the mail.
So a young hispanic guy named Abraham comes out and tells me my carpets look good and I really don't need a deep cleaning so he tries to up sell me 49.00 pre treatment more on top of the 59.00 for 4 rooms and 20.00 for a hallway, so the carpets will really look clean. I told him no that I just need a vomit stain removed, my toddler had a accident and I need that clean out of the carpet.

So he begins we go down stairs he finishes in 5 minutes flat. He supposedly cleaned 1000 sq ft in 5 minutes.
I go check the vomit stain it is still there he tells me that he told me that I should have paid the 49.00 so it would have removed it .
I told him that is not true I would have never agreed to have him steam clean it and not get the smell or stain out.
He gave me a bunch of excuses why it did not come out and would not re clean the area, I told him I was not happy with the service and I would like to speak to someone. He gave me a phone number and the person to speak to. At this point the guy leaves and I call the next day since it was Sunday and no one was in there office.
I speak to Roy on Monday who has a heavy accent and he tells me they will resend the tech. So Tuesday morning comes around the same guy Abraham comes out and says he is here to clean up the stain. He goes up stairs and sprays some kind of chemical on the carpet and I ask him if he is going to steam clean the area again?

He gives me a BS excuses that he can't re-steam clean the carpet and ask me for a rag so he can clean up.
At this point he is cleaning up the area with a rag I gave him and is mumbling in Spanish. Little does he know I am fluent in Spanish. He is mumbling that "he should be charging me double for having him come out and clean the carpet again". I this point I just wanted him out of my house he said he was done and was polite while he was speaking English to me. I did not make a big deal out of what I heard him say earlier since I just wanted him out of my house.

So as soon as he left I called my regular carpet cleaner who was not able to come out the first time on Sunday. Triple J Carpet Cleaning 702-235-1412. What a difference a really good carpet cleaning company makes, he also charge me less then the other company charger me and got the stain out.

A few weeks ago, as I do every year about this time, I began preparing for someone to come to my home and clean my carpet for the holidays. Over the years I have used several companies and until now had not found one to which I felt compelled to offer my customer loyalty. To be frank, my experience has been like a crap-shoot. Sometimes the carpet is clean; sometimes it is not at all. I can never remember the names of the companies. They come and go. Mostly I just go with some ad or card left at my door, whatever is handy. I would just hope to get the best possible job done and be done with it. Besides, my carpet is old and after years of disappointment, my expectations have been pretty low.

One thing I KNEW I didn't want was the experience I had last year with up selling. I had carpet cleaners come to my home, and when showing them a very dirty and traffic worn area, they cleaned a small spot to prove to me it could be cleaned and then proceeded to tell me how much more it was going to cost if I wanted the carpet actually cleaned; otherwise I would be stuck with dirty carpet with some steam water thrown on it and vacuumed up. Since I had not budgeted for more than they had quoted me I was stuck with the dirty carpet and one clean spot.

This year, with no flyers or junk mail available (I had trashed it all well before carpet cleaning time), I just got online and searched for carpet cleaners in Las Vegas. Actually, I was looking for the local Stanley Steamer. I was fed up with dealing with smaller companies who make promises they will not keep at low costs. I was fed up with companies sending out 3 or 4 guys when only 1 would clean the carpet and the others would stand around, walk around my home, going in and out the door... doing what? I wanted to go with a well known reputable company in hopes of getting a better job done. Ok, it will cost more... but you get what you pay for, right?

I was very disappointed by the Stanley Steamer website. Finding information on it was impossible. It was even more impossible to find a local phone number.

In another tab, I had also opened the Carpet Cleaners LV website. In contrast it was easy to navigate. The only issue I had was there was no phone number in actual text. And since I use Skype it would have been great to be able to just click the phone number or copy and paste it into Skype phone.

Frustrated, I had just found a number on the Stanley Steamer website and was about to call them when somehow I ended up dialing the number for Carpet Cleaners LV unbeknownst to me.

This is where my TOTALLY AWESOME experience with Carpet Cleaners LV began. On the other end of the phone was the sweet voice of Doris. She was kind, personable, professional, and extremely understanding.

I told her all I have mentioned above. I told her the one thing I DO NOT WANT is up selling. "Just tell me the price it will cost to actually get my carpet cleaned", I said. Be

This is the second time I have had Silver State Carpet Care do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company.

On 08/10/2011, I had a VAL PAK coupon, 4 rooms for $59, for Silver State Carpet Care, Ph. 702-583-6711. When I made the appt with Christie over the phone, she confirmed the price and when asked, added that hallway cleaning was free. The Technician came to my house and said initially he couldn’t honor the coupon price. He said it’s been a year that my carpet had been cleaned and if he would clean it now it would ruin the carpet. After a while of back and forth trying to sell us special cleaning services, the Tech said he would clean it if we would sign a waiver and pay upfront. When he saw that we were going to pay with a credit card or a check, he said we needed to pay $5 extra. We decided to not have our carpets cleaned by this Company. This whole dealing with the carpet technician has been unpleasant, unprofessional, and FAKE.

Don’t be sending out VALPAK coupons in the mail if you don’t even intend to honor your price without harassing your customer first. And VALPAK, please remove this coupon from your mailings.

My carpet came out great when silver state came out to my home to clean them. I had pet stains that I thought would never come out and they came out. They were on time, very professional!

Mistake for calling this company. I should have gone to HomeDepot and rent out a unit and did it myself. Worst service ever.

****CUSTOMERS BEWARE****Worst carpet cleaning service ever. Their customer service, supervisor, reps, are a joke. Two guys came and only one guy did the service. Guess the first guy is only good for talking and up-selling. They quote on a price and jack up the price when they are done. They call it "TAX". This "TAX" was never mentioned in the beginning. How did my service went from $59 to $151??? BEWARE OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENT SPECIAL.

I have used them twice for my business and have not ever been disappointed. They even call and follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. It's nice to see good business ethics out there still exist. I will definitely will be ...?
