Very unprofessional, went in for living trust work and she basically wasted 3 months of my time and on the last day she scheduled me to go in she lost my file. Never can get her on the phone and when I left messages, I would not get a call back. Very unsatisfied with the level of her knowledge and professionalism. I would not recommend Formalities to any of my friends nor relatives. Maybe she is overwhelmed.

Going to this office was a waste of time & money. I agree with the other reviews about them taking advantage of ppl. She is good at talking and talking and talking but never good at helping you out on what you went there for. She mad a mistake on my paper work that she filed with the court n didn't want to change it. She wanted to do things on her own time, which shouldn't be the case because she already had taken my money. Their office is messy, unorganized and not very professional. When it comes to important situations like the ones ppl go in for.. Go somewhere else and just pay a little more.

You want lies, lies and more lies, then call these people. How in the heck are they still in buisness? You want to get ripped off, then call them. Just pay a little more and go to someone else.

There were people there to visit Ms Harber my first impression of her was Wow she is tuff and loud and gets to the point. It looks like she has a lot of experience she is confidient. Yes she wants your money up front and says she will do what she needs to do

The worst customer service, un caring full of them selfs staff . Do not touch them with a 10 foot pole. Totally unprofessional staff and just give you the run around about your files.
