I have been using Apple since the first year my roof needed cleaning! After years of loyal dependable service, I can not say enough good things about Chris and Jamie. A Father and Son business, they are both very Professional. They will take the time to talk to you about what they are doing and explain the benefits of the non-pressure roof washing. When it comes to having my roof clean, I do not even try to look for someone else. I am very particular about my home of 24 years, and I can honestly tell you that having them clean my roof makes my house look awesome and young again! Apple Roof Cleaning is the real non pressure roof cleaning deal here in the Tampa area. I checked em out. The owner is a nationally known roof cleaning teacher, and they won their chamber of commerce business of the year award. The owner explained everything about the non pressure roof cleaning process, and answered all my questions. His guys did a great job, but missed one hard to see small spot over a rear awning. They came right back the next day cheerfully. My neighbors were so impressed with their non pressure roof cleaning methods they also used them. Several people in my subdivision used a low priced pressure washer to clean their roofs. Now some of them have leaks, and ruined roofs.

Thank you Sheldon for the kind words! And thank you for all the referrals too. We wound up doing over 1/2 of your small subdivision w/o any problems but a burned Hibiscus Bush. It was taller then the roof, and we were unable to completely protect it. We simply cut it back for the elderly Lady. It will be fine.
