Larchmere did a complete remodel of my bathroom for me, and they did a fabulous job. Tyrone was great about communicating with me both before and during the project, and predicted how long it would take with complete accuracy. The guys who did the work, did an excellent job, and were very pleasant to have around the house. They managed to work in a very tight space, and to deal perfectly with all the quirks of my old row house. I'm thrilled with my new bathroom, and with how easy Larchmere made the whole process.

I had these guys come out to help me with some wiring problems in my condo. They were great. The electrician was on time, friendly, and efficient. After fixing my problem, I asked him to take a look at another issue I had with a wall mount for a sconce I was trying to put up. He was able to help me out there as well. Overall a very good experience and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Tyrone from Larchmere is awesome! He is fast, knowledgeable, insightful, clean, and a really great guy. Tyrone rewired my entire house, stayed ahead of schedule, and had great suggestions when we came up on tricky problems. Two thumbs up.

I contracted Larchmere Property Services to complete some interior painting. Their crew did a first rate job. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and I'm very pleased with the quality of their work product. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Larchmere worked our huge paint project into their schedule after a late call for help. Their team swept through our entire flat in record time, doing a great job on every detail. It's a completely new building now that all the interior paint is complete. I'm amazed at what they can do to a place!

My upstairs painting is completed now thanks to Larchmere. They took 3 days to do my two bedrooms and bathroom. That is all I budgeted for for now, but the rooms look great. The painting was the quickest part. First they washed the walls down, and then patched and sanded, and then re-textured and sanded some more. Next was primer, then the final coat. And get this, they didn't tape off the ceiling! They painted the edges by hand! Amazing.
