I walked in the dealership and Nicole one of the salespersonel's immediately helped me. I thought that was great and she made my experience very easy and I ended up purchasing the car I wanted in the end. What I thought stood out was how excited Nicole was for me. She didn't just want to make a sale, she wanted me to find the car for me. In the end, I was able to drive home in my new used-car and my experience overall was exceptional.

He explained that all of the parts were not available and that it may take a week to get them, then a couple of days to fix the car.
