Semi-private personal training: This is a 3-on-1 coaching setting for people who enjoy the comradery of a group while still wanting the personal attention of a coach. Nutrition coaching: If you need focused work on your nutrition and specific recommendations for your needs, our nutrition coaching is the way to go. We take a holistic approach that will not only help you to get your diet in check, it will also teach you how to build the habits and mindset needed to keep your results for the long run.
At Mint Condition Fitness, our holistic coaching program is focuses specifically on helping men and women who are in there 50s and 60s to get back on track with their fitness. The second 50 years of life should be your best, and yet so many people we give everything they have to their work and their families, only to be left with poor health. It doesn't have to be this way though. Even if you have put off exercise for a long time, you can take back control of your fitness when you take a holistic approach. That is why all of our program include: 1) Individualized exercise programs that are designed based on a full fitness assessment. 2) Personalized eating recommendations based on your lifestyle and goals. 3) Accountability coaching to help give you the support you need to stick with your plan and work through obstacles as they come up.
