Was lagging on getting a pool fence for the longest time. Wife and I hear a tragic story of a toddler drowning in a pool and we immediately want that peace of mind to keep our little one safe. Called Tim on a Monday, set up a time for a free quote. Showed up as scheduled, which I hard quality to find in companies now a days. Tim was very friendly and gave me a reasonable quote. So I decided to go with Pool Guard of LA. Came over that same week on a Sunday at 8am and was done by 10 am. Tim and his assistant did a very clean job. He went through the steps on where the holes will be drilled and walked me around the pool to get a feel of the distance from pool to fence would be. And when install was done gave me a tutorial on how to take down/put up and maintain the self closing door. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have a pool fence put up. Great customer service, Very Prompt, and just a good person to talk too.

Tim came out on a Wednesday 2/4/15 - for the second time since 8/1/14. He re-explained the plan to put up the pool fence in the back yard as I have a 13 month old that is walking already. We went over all the items and answered all my questions (which I like to think I am very detailed). He told me he had time that Saturday to install and that it would take just a couple of hours. He showed up with a couple more installers as I also needed a net over the ponds and they were quick, efficient and most importantly did not bother me during the install. At the end, he walked me through the fence gate and maintenance. I also had him lie on the net over the pond, to test that it would hold his weight. He claims 180 lbs. on himself, and the net held very well with his weight. All in all, great service and product. Thanks Tim!

I had my pool fence installed today by Tim. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I got quotes from other companies and they all offer similar product, at the end it came down to the customer service and Tim was the best. His installation was quick and very ran. He did a great job with the attention to the details which I appreciated. I highly recommend him!

Tim did a great job installing my gate He was the first person I called when we got our keys to are new house and it wa s great feeling knowing that are pool was safe. He was was on time when he came out. As a child physical therapist I have seen the tragic effects of near drowning. Pool gaurd of LA makes safety a priority. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. I have recommended them to many of my friends who have pools. Whether you have children or not, pool safety is a must.
