Malinda Romine offers gentle Hatha yoga classes rooted in mindful body based experiences. Her practice and teaching style combines yoga with facilitated awareness, guided meditation and self-inquiry. Her therapeutic yoga classes create a space that encourage self-support, permission, and non-judgment. She believes the body is the teacher, and each person has everything they need within themselves to live a fulfilling and happy life. Change is an inside job, and Malinda helps people listen to their insides, finding their own answers within. Yoga for her isn't about exercise or achieving the perfect pose. She teaches and practices yoga as a way to be with love and non-judgment, for fun, and to stay flexible, physically and mentally.
