Brain Body Connection Chiropractic: Twila Henderson, D.C.

Dr. Twila Henderson, DC, believes her mission is to help people transform their health through chiropractic care, just as it transformed hers at the young age of three. With clubfeet and a torqued pelvis, she wore braces on her legs as a toddler. However, her life was changed when her father took her to a chiropractor for twice weekly treatments. Within a few months, her feet and pelvis were cured. As a result, Dr. Twila possesses a unique passion for diagnosing and correcting body dysfunction in the bodies of patients of all ages, in and around the Denton, Texas area. She began her journey in chiropractic medicine at the University of North Texas before moving on to Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. After graduating in 2013, Dr. Twila opened Brain-Body Connection, serving patients in the Denton, Dallas and Fort Worth areas of Texas. Board certified in chiropractic and physiotherapy; Dr. Twila works to bring full function to all joints of the body. Her goal is to promote wellness through better skeletal and nervous system alignment and balancing, using techniques such as Activator, Diversified and Gonstead adjustments, massage therapy, physical rehabilitation, nutritional counseling and holistic care. Patients report Dr. Twila is knowledgeable, spends plenty of time explaining and educating them and find the office staff professional and helpful. In Dr. Twila's own words: “My patients are my life. I love all of them and love to see the changes in their health.” She has lived in Denton for 25 years and has two grown children continue to live in the area.
