Francisco started the experience. He started by wanting us to walk out into the lot to see if you had the exact van we wanted. We said we did not need to join him doing that chore and that the info must be on the computer. He needed help with questions. Joe was much more experienced and could be an excellent mentor for Francisco. He had answers and took care of us in s professional friendly warm manner. He appeared to be a good advocate for us. He made the deal and we left having purchased what we wanted at a price we felt was very fair.

I have had Brando Allegre, Jay Reyes, Richard (forgot the last name) and others assist me. Each person is fantastic! My car gets good service there and things are done as expected. If there is a concern that the mechanics bring up, I appreciate the advising on this. No gimmicks & no hassle. I bought my car at this dealership and even that experience was amazing! I have since moved from the area and will not go to the Honda Dealership that is 5 min from my house because they are terrible! I called originally about the weekly special in the OC Register. I was moving down from San Francisco and needed to get things worked out fast, and without hassle (and frankly, without much of the stereotypical car-buying haggling). I told Rosa Loreto I wanted the deal in the paper and she confirmed cars were available. She made zero effort to upsell me. She knew my time frame and budget. She made me an appointment with Rick. I showed up and met Rick. He already had the ad printed out with the list of Civic's to show me. We test drove one and did the deal. Again, no effort was made to get me to spend more. Everyone respected our budget. We also had very little time on buying day. I know buying a car is a very long process, but my wife was waiting for me at the airport with out baby. Rick and the whole team worked as fast as possible and got me out of there in a new Civic in about an hour and a half. All around, the best experience I could have expected. No surprise "fees," no bait and switch, no tricks.... all things I've seen with other dealers.

The service and inspection report were great. I was one of the last appointments of the day, 2:30 PM on a Saturday. It was just after 5:00 when I got the car back. I drove a short distance from the dealership and noticed there was a grease smudge on the interior door panel just below the window. I took it back and they cleaned it. I appreciate that was done. What was strange to me was no one said was anything like this:"Mr. Coultrup, we are really sorry we returned the car to you with the grease smudge", or "We apologize you had to bring it back to us for that". It was almost like I was deemed to be out of line for discovering it and bringing it back to be cleaned, at the late hour. I guess everyone had a long week and were really ready to go home.

When I left my car under the rain, I've noticed pretty big white spot on my honda pilots right back door. The freeway honda team took risk to fix that problem and they did it really well. Luckily after few days we had rain overnight and could be assured that the problem is 100% fixed. I would recommend freeway honda my to friends.

I came in to get my alignment checked and an oil change. Chris(?) offered for me to get the 75,000 mile tune up because it included those things plus more. I was happy to do it. The electricity went out just as he was putting my info into computer, but he was quick to be able to pull out a form to fill out in until the power came back on. My car work was done quickly and I felt very comfortable with the report on my car afterwards.

Andrew Montgomery at Freeway Honda really listened to what we wanted and found the right car to meet our needs rather than focusing on getting a sale that would benefit the dealership or him personally. And although we had to wait a while to meet with the financing department to complete the transaction, it was quickly completed without any pressure to add extras.
