I go once a week. I don`t think I would be this far along if I didn`t. She really helped me work through my roller coaster of feelings and has been amazing when it comes to my children.

We are very lucky that we loved the first counselor that we went to. We've been going to Dr Lori Perman Psy D LMFT since March 2011 and will continue probably for many years. We are also doing individual sessions to help confront and deal with our own issues. I think a good counselor can be amazing and help you see things from an outside perspective.
