Best Services For Any Client We offer Discount Rate Computer / Laptop Repair Services for the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Covering the states of Maryland and Virginia as well as the District of Columbia. We offer repair packages for small businesses and home users. On site work(at customer's home or office): $125 for the first hour, then $100 thereafter. Any machine brought to our office will receive a free diagnostic. For repair done in our office: Free diagnostic applies. The customer is then contacted and an estimate is given. Charges for the repair will depend on parts and softwares installed as well as labor. We DO NOT charge by the hour. No charges will be applied if the customer does not approve the repair and chooses to pick up the computer instead.
