If I could 0 stars, I would. We have used them before, so had no problem calling them out again. Had them come out in November to repair the handle on my dishwasher. They asked for payment for the part, which we gave - wrote a check. That check was cashed the same day.

Here we are nearly 4 months later, and the dishwasher still is not repaired. We've called and they say they're waiting on parts. We asked for a refund and they said they would never take a payment on such a small job.....BS!!! After we asked for a refund, now they won't answer our many phone calls.

We printed a copy of the cancelled check & my husband drove to the address on the invoice - they aren't there. Google has them on 1960 near Dinero Dr. BBB has them at 5811 FM 1960, but they aren't there either.

This is a ghost company & a bunch of scammers & thieves!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I called them out to repair my washing machine on December 27,2021. It’s now June 3, 2022 and I can’t get them to answer my call or my Dad’s call. Every time I’ve talked to them in the past it’s supply chain issues or whatever. I paid them up front to order the part. Nothing in 6 MONTHS. Their address is bogus. It’s empty. Their reviews, which I should have looked at before are horrible. This is their modus operandi apparently. I want my money back, I don’t want the washer paired by them.
