We work with you to develop a specific and realistic construction schedule for your project prior to the start. This is done collaboratively, and the timing varies by the extent of the work to be completed and the lead times for appliances, custom cabinetry, granite, and specialty items. The schedule includes a description of all tasks, the responsibilities of the construction manager, and completion milestones. We are firm believers in a construction process that is based on communication, resourcefulness, and trust. Nobody wants surprises.
