Job Description

The California Wine Club is currently seeking Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives. The California Wine Club is America’s oldest and largest wine of the month club. Each month our members receive two bottles of award-winning, handcrafted wine from California’s finest artisan winemakers. We provide a casual and upbeat office atmosphere, in a fun, unique industry.



Duties of the Inside Sales representatives Include:

• Selling wine and wine club memberships via inbound and outbound telephone calls, to new and existing customers
  
  


• Processing orders
  
  


• Resolving customer service inquiries.
  
  


• Must be available for full-time employment
  
  


• This is a seasonal position with the possibility for a permanent position

Candidates for Inside Sales and Customer Service must possess:

• High school graduate must be a wine drinker over the age of 21 years.
  
  


• Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic computer and Internet skills are required.
  
  


• Customer Service, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred.
  
  


• The ideal candidate is efficient; self motivated and learns quickly; must be a detail oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.
