Looking for Professional, Experienced Managers to Add to our Team
Looking for Experienced Managers/Team Leaders (Cleveland/Akron Areas)

Job Role for Team Leaders:

Must be able to understand, create, and execute a plan for each and every job. You will plan your following day according to the tasks at hand. You must be able to create a move plan from details given from the office, work with office management on execution(if needed( and follow through with your team to execute the plan that works to make the move seemingly easy for the customer and your team.
Able to work with a team and guide them daily by contacting them and relaying expectations for the following day's job. Follow through to assure that all is 100% the night before. They will need to know what the plan is and where and when to meet
Must communicate and document aspects of each job to management.
Pay attention to detail and assure the crew is doing the same. Each piece of furniture, artwork, bin, or whatever it is you and your team are moving, is priceless, even if it seems not to be. Treat it as it is a Picasso and assure that the best practices are used to relocate. Double and triple check your team, you are the lead, the final outcome is based on how you have overseen all functions.
Following all company policies and being a good role model for your team, your company, and your community.
Do what is needed, daily to assure success for you and your team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE

MUST have valid Drivers License and a vehicle that is exclusively yours(you will be using your vehicle, at times, to get to and from the jobs---this is dependent on each situation)
MUST have DAILY email access and a smartphone.
Pass a drug test. These are given upon hire and at random throughout your employment
Be on time EVERY time---your team cannot start without you. Attendance is key to your position and tardiness is not tolerated.
No marking customers belonging or walls treat each and every piece as it is a prized possession.
No foul language.
Professionalism- good customer service skills, company uniform(cleaned daily and intact)
NO COMPLAINING on jobs (complain after if truly needed)
No smoking on the job (you will have time in-between jobs)
NO STANDING AROUND-KEEP IT MOVING!
Prior convictions will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to relocate businesses and residential customers. As a team leader of A to Z Moving and Driving our main concerns are assuring that our customers are happy and have been accommodated to the maximum. We want each customer to say "they were great and they made my move easy!"

We offer a variety of relocation services from moving to packing to junk removal and everything in between.

This is not the typical 9a-5pm job. Some days could be a 5-hour shift and other days can be a 12-hour shift and schedules are solidified the day prior. Tips can play a big factor in your weekly income, do not think of this as free money but as an add-on to your position.

There are many steps that we take to assure that all processes are followed by contacting your team, assuring you are prepared for the job, the process of completion on the job, and the customer guarantee at the end. Our movers take great pride in their job and our customers rely on us to be the best and we always come through. Honesty and integrity are some core values within our company.

Pay is weekly, always one week behind.

Tips are only shared among the crew on the job, NOT the company

Tips can result in an increase of income up to an additional $5-$12 per hour, in some cases more.
