Job Description
Music Teacher LA is a reputable music school offering music lessons for ages 3+ in Piano, Voice, Violin, Viola, Guitar, Drum, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute & more in the greater Los Angeles area.
We are currently hiring music instructors to teach on the Westside, Valley, Topanga, Beach Cities and Palos Verdes Peninsula areas.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
-Degree in Music
-Ability to teach more than 1 instrument
-Verified teaching experience
-Hard working, patient and friendly personality
-Ability to work with a variety of ages and levels, with very young children (Ages 3-5) a plus
-Availability to teach 2-3 days a week on weekday afternoons and/or weekends
We offer:
-In Home and In Teachers’ studios lessons
-Starting pay of $30/hour (higher pay to teachers who will prove to be popular amid our students and will provide a high students’ retention rate)
-Payment for no-shows and late cancellations
-Recital parties
-Piano tuning to our piano students
-We take care of all scheduling, billing, and administrative aspects of lessons, so you can focus on what you do best - teaching.
