Job Description

Local insurance agency is looking to expand our team. This entry level position is designed

to give you on-the-job training and development. You will learn to help customers manage their

uniquue insurance and financial needs.



In this role, you will:



* Learn to build and cultivate long-term customer relationships

* Learn what it takes to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction

* Contact prospective clients for the opportunity to quote their insurance needs

* Attend networking and community events

* Answer questions about products and services



Requirements:



* MUST hold a current MO/KS Property & Casualty Producers License (or be willing to obtain license within 30 days of employment)

* Previous sales/marketing experience is a plus

* Successful track record in previous/current field of employment

* Must have a positive attitude and drive to be successful
